Amir and his team can help you clearly define your health and fitness goals. So, you have a realistic goal to work toward. You might already have an idea of your goals; for example, to lose body fat and build lean muscle, get a six pack etc. Amir and his team will work with you to assess your current fitness level, develop a fitness plan specific to your body which also includes a diet plan. The diet plan will be consistent to your workout regime to maximize losing unwanted and building muscles.

Our Boxing Ring at shape it Fitness private Gym is a symbol of excellence in body training and mind development. At the age of 16 Amir Asad started boxing in a village in Iran called Manjil. Amir Asad’s extreme passion and dedication towards boxing derived him to work hard to get to the Iranian’s National team at his early 20. Mohammad Ali has been Amir’s role model. A boxer that his dedication to his work inspired millions of people all over the world. For Shape it Fitness the boxing ring at shape it fitness is the symbol of dedication ad hard work and an inspiration for clients to workout with passion with the right mind set towards excellence and a body that they love. In the boxing ring, clients usually do cardio exercises, and soft pre-workout warm ups.
