Led by Master Trainer and Fitness . This 4 week program will provide all the necessary tools you will need to achieve your fitness goals. Ditanyon’s ground breaking routines incorporate: Stretching, Aerobic cardio, Running, Calisthenics, Speed Drills, Plyometrics, Strength and Endurance Exercises and Drills, Power training, and Core and Abs.
